Fifteen Hudson Yards has officially sold 50% of their 285 luxury residences. The building is topped out and is on track for 2018 occupancy. At the 88-story glass tower, condos, ranging from two- to four-bedrooms, start at $3.7 million and go up to $32 million.

Buyers can customize their units by picking from five residence types and two interior design palettes, said Sherry Tobak, senior vice president of Related Sales. “The center of gravity in New York City is shifting and the west side is where New Yorkers want to spend their time and live,” said Jeff Blau, CEO at Related Companies, in the announcement.
